Our Original Style “Z” Bushings are designed for universal use on CNC TURNING MACHINES to adapt drills, boring bars and shank tools of various diameters to the standard bore of the tool holders on the machine. They are solid with set screw clearance slots instead of holes which gives the user complete interchangeability with all brands of equipment, eliminating the need to stock separate “OEM” bushings for every different brand of equipment.

Style “Z” Bushings also feature set screws in the head, which enable the user to secure the bushing at a determined point on the tool and leave it in place as an integral part of the set-up in any preset type tooling application.
