EDWARD ANDREWS Boring Bar Sleeves are used universally to adapt various boring bars to the standard bore of the tool holders on the turret of all CNC TURNING MACHINES. These precision sleeves also give proper support to boring bars when they extend their full length from the turret or tool holder. Notice in the illustration how the 1” bar is supported for most of its length when the hole to be bored requires overhang of the bar. These sleeves greatly enhance the user setup solutions in good CNC machining practices.
